From Profile › Credits or the billing portal, with no fee. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then stops. Your credits stay.
Credits are digital content supplied immediately: by paying, you request immediate supply and waive the EU 14-day right of withdrawal. Outside the cases provided by law, payments are not refunded; write to us and we answer case by case. The legal guarantee of conformity applies.
Prices are in euros, VAT included. The applicable VAT depends on your country, is calculated at payment and shown on your invoice, emailed after each payment.
Payments are processed by Stripe, by card. We never see or store your card details. You can change your payment method anytime in the billing portal.

No. You get 7 days of daily ideas and 30,000 free credits, with no card. A card is only asked for if you take a plan or a pack; the free offer never turns into a paid one on its own.
No. Your credits do not expire as long as your account exists: plan credits add up every month with no cap, and pack and free credits stay, even if you stop your plan.
Every action has a fixed price in credits, shown before you launch it (1,000 credits = €1). Every movement is visible in your profile.
Paid actions pause; nothing is charged without you. With a plan, your daily idea keeps arriving every morning. You top up whenever you want with a pack (Profile › Credits).

Yes, at any time, from Profile › Credits. Changes are prorated: when you upgrade, you only pay the difference for the remaining time; when you downgrade, the overpayment is deducted from your next invoices and you keep the credits already credited.
