Refunds
Credits are supplied immediately, so the EU right of withdrawal is waived at payment. Outside the cases provided by law, no refund; we still answer every request case by case.
Secure payment
Payments are processed by Stripe, by card. We never see or store your card details. Invoices are emailed after each payment.

What exactly does Influmatik sell?
A software subscription for content creators (Créateur at €29/month, Premium at €59/month, Ultra at €129/month, or yearly with two months free), and credit packs paid once. Credits pay for production actions, at a fixed price shown before each action. All prices are in euros, VAT included.
Is there a free trial?
Not a trial that turns into a paid plan: 7 days of daily ideas and 30,000 free credits, with no card. A card is only asked for if you choose a plan or a pack.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time, from Profile › Credits or the billing portal, with no fee. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then stops without renewing. Your credits stay on your account.
What about refunds?
Credits are digital content supplied immediately: when you pay, you request immediate supply and waive the EU 14-day right of withdrawal. Outside the cases provided by law, payments are not refunded; write to us and we answer case by case. The legal guarantee of conformity always applies. See the terms of sale.
